Engineer Master Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MERN Stack Lead to join our team and take ownership of our web development projects. As a MERN Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the MERN Stack
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate web applications with other systems and technologies
• Keep up-to-date with new web development technologies and trends
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on the MERN Stack
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Git and other version control systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
